Tudorbug,

It is most likely that any LP-08, which are classified as military weapons even though they fall in the category of a curio and relic, would have to be imported into the US by a licensed importer and the pistol would probably have to be stamped with the dealer's import stamp. Import duties into the US are 10%.

Unfortunately, the BATF makes importation of military curio and relics difficult, but that is the bureaucracy which exists in the US.
