I agree that a good quality restoration, such as you have a reputation for, is still a good Luger. Particularly in the Imperial Luger Era. But this is a chromed job and not a quality restoration and I believe that that makes it something different. The key word is "restoration" which I take as putting back to original. You got an excellent price for your rig (?). The person knew what they were getting.
