Mitch, I am assumming you are saying it is a weimar era commercial sold in the US. Is it 7.65 or 9MM? I am not familar with the term 1920 DWM rework? I am used to 1920 Reichwehr marked guns, then the old 1923 commercial designation, which has slowly gone to the wayside I believe...

Value is what you want to pay, I am under the impression a 20's era commerical goes for less than most military versions...

Can you give us pictures and approx how much you are being offered and someone can give you a reasonable estimate...
