Hi Bob,
From the info you give it seems to be a Double Date ( 1918 over 1920 ) DWM. It is a Military piece that was reworked in 1920 ( Versaille Treaty ). Changed barrels are not uncommon as a lot of those guns shot corrosive ammo. A Double Date is nice to have in a Weimar era collection.....Enjoy.... kidvett [img]cool.gif[/img] |
