Hello Marvin,
The display cards I did on my computer. An example is shown below which is for my 1939 Mauser Banner.

The eagle in red I scanned of the front of Jan C Still's wonderful book (hope you don't mind Jan)
and I inserted it into a text box in MS WORD and then did another text box below with description, then printed it onto glossy paper, glued it to a hard cardboard back, trimmed it all to size and then mounted beside the guns.
Below is an Imperial period one for my 1911 Erfurt
which is a close up.
