Default As always Ted, you make it look so easy

You, Hugh and G.T. are real craftsmen... Now if we can just get somebody invovled in the inexpensive manufacture of quality replacement Luger parts!

Too bad the stainless steel luger folks chose not to make their parts interchangable with standard Lugers. If they had, they could easily have had a second business making standard steel replacement parts for our aging friends.

Yes John, I think they missed the boat on that one! What a pity! We could have all the replacement parts we need. Are they making any carbon steel models or just he SS ones? A nice rust blue would go good with the strawed parts they are now putting (or forgetting to put) on their models. John, we cant even get a navy rear toggle sight from them!

Of course it would be SS too! Ted

Ted, I lent AIMCO a Naval rear sight years ago when they were considering making a 6" barreled pistol, but I guess it was just too expensive to duplicate. Perhaps some of the European made repros will show up here at a reasonable (less than $500) price. By the way Hugh, not all of the AIMCO stainless parts are interchangable with the PO8. Since I no longer have one, I'd appreciate your testing yours for interchangability.
