This thread has been going on for a long time. In looking back, I don't recall if I ever posted a photo of Mike Krause's .45. I was fortunate enough to get mine while he was still turning them out.

Beautiful Gun Ron. I handled one of Mike's .45 Lugers in his shop in San Mateo, it had Swiss style Grips with a plain border around the checkering. I used to live in San Mateo, I was back visiting my folks at the time. I would see Mike at gun Shows fairly often.
