Ladies and gentlemen:
Please do not conflate weather with climate. Wonky weather, stronger storms, shifting weather patterns should be no surprise, given the immense amount of energy that's been geometrically added to the global ecosystem. The ice caps and glaciers are melting, although maybe not holding precisely enough to a schedule proposed twenty years ago to suit some.
