Proof ID on possible VoPo Luger
As a newbie, I need help identifying this proof on what looks to be a VoPo Luger. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum.
It would help to see more of the Luger. Search for our FAQ and look for other posts of VoPo Lugers on the site. I have previously posted photos of known Vopo Lugers and I think that the mark might be similar. It looks like a double strike, and I can't make out much detail from your posted picture.

@CubanoLibre If you follow the "FAQ" menu item, it will take you to a page that now has a large and a small FAQ document that you can download. The VOPO sections are on page 35-36.

I moved this, as you had it in the for sale section
This is considered an acceptance marking by the VOPO instead of a proof marking, although the crown N markings were proof markings. Anyone know for sure?

The shield-letter inside a starburst is a Vopo armorer's stamp (the letter is the initial of the armorer's name). It certifies that particular armorer's work on some nearby aspect of the pistol. It is the only marking which indicates actual ownership by the Deutsche Volkspolizei (VoPo).
