I recently stumbled upon this for sale by a pawn broker in Maine. At first it appears to be a common 1917 LP08 until you come to the unit marking.

![]() Klaus posts; It is 11. lancers staff Luger 35. It was part of the XXI. Army Corps and stationed in Saarburg. I can't find any reference to a German 'Lancers' but British and Indian Lancers I can ???
