Aviators Headset Question

You need a headphone jack adapter, but you have to determine what size.

I have hearing loss around the 400Hz range, used to work around the stuff when I worked for the Navy.

A number of times I've worn my electronic hearing protection I use at the range for listening to TV. I have this one:

Seems to amplify the speech while minimizing background clutter.
