I think Kiwi's assessment of the situation is bang on.
I am Canadian and I could answer all the questions posed in the video with no hesitation. It is the same in Canada though ... most young people here seem to be a waste of space. Like the playwright George Bernard Shaw put it, "Youth is wasted on the young."
