This is what I use. Best $5 I ever spent. It looks like they are discontinued at this site, but they work so well it might be worth searching for.

let's turn this around.....Is anyone shooting at you while you are reloading your mag..?

hopefully not...

so, while you are wrestling around loading up, time is NOT of the essence......

when bullets are flying around, getting back in the fight is mandatory.....
