I made the acrylic plastic one in about 1/2 hour. I had a chunk of 3/16" thick acrylic, cut the shape out on my bandsaw, then drilled and Dremeled/filed the hole out until it fit the magazines.

I spray painted the luger tool yellow, so I could find it in the bottom of my range bag!
