More importantly, I think you should get an aftermarket magazine - MEC GAR are affordable and very reliable.

Also, go idea not to shoot until your eyes are healed up. Your Luger might not roar so much, but you never know when someone is going to unload his Tokarev or a 44 magnum next to you. My Dr suggested I wait a couple of months before resuming shooting after I got cataract surgery.
