I wonder if Sling-Shots will be legal??

Depends on the situation. There is a construction called intended use. Basically every day objects can and will be treated as illegal weapons based on the circumstances they are found in.

A baseball bat might be one example. It would immediately be perceived as a deadly weapon it you're swinging it at someone's head. But one can sometimes be perceived the same way if it's found inside your car. Keeping a ball and glove with the bat is perhaps a good way to allay that perception.
