Luger loading tool? Questions

Here are the 2 luger loading tools I have the stick eagle 63 marked one and the other witch is unmarked and it has no finish, the unmarked one came in a WW1 Luger holster I bought with a WW2 Luger pistol. The measurement on the loading tool is the unmarked one is 50.80 mm long, and the thickness of 2.50 mm, the eagle 63 is 50.10 long and 2.47 mm thick, the eagle 63 mark is 2.30 mm tall, these are the best pictures I could take.
