Aspiration Pneumonia~

At first I wondered why only myself got pneumonia. Who did I catch it from?? ME!! I have a high TV and I eat looking up! Food went in my lung! Its like giving CPR. The head is tilted back creating a clear path into your lungs!! I have learned to keep my head level and downward when I swallow! Your lungs will process some overflow! I don't want this happen to each of you. It Sugggggs! God Bless!Doc appt tomorrow! Eric
