Hello and welcome to the forum.
Your Luger was reworked and refinished well after it was shipped from the factory. The "S" on the toggle and toggle serial number marking was not done by any of the Luger manufacturers, and the pistol looks dip refinished. The grips are post war. The "DE/63" acceptance mark was used early on at Mauser (1936-7 timeframe) but I don't know of a "S" marked chamber coming from Mauser. The ears of your frame don't have the Mauser hump either. I don't recognize the horizontal double 8 or cloverleaf marking.
