I didn’t see anything in the news story that indicates the US Attorney asked for high bail or bail at all, or that anyone was outraged (well, except us law abiding types) over their being released.
Could be they cooperated fully, helped ensure every single thing they stole was recovered, and got released because of that. Who knows. |
