The trommel in picture seems to be a repro selling in Kassel some time ago : the stamping an 17 for all addition numbers

Good catch Patrice. I can't see the numbers clearly enough to tell for sure, but it looks like it might be 193103. That along with the bad welds and artificial aging gives it away as being one of the "17" fakes.
