Vernon VA Posts: 245 Thanks: 1,433 Thanked 117 Times in 75 Posts	If the blanks have a very reduced load of powder, such as not cycling with a fully blocked barrel, you might need to get a weaker main spring for the toggle. Or you could shorten the existing spring to weaken it, by clipping loops off. Or even better - just get a cap pistol.
