In a byf 41 they are most likely unnumbered.

Thanks, it's an unnumbered fxo mag. By the "y" block, that's what they would have been.

Here's my BYF 41 with a matching numbered mag. FXO straight eagle 37 Waa. Serial number 1991r. Nice gun overall. Seems there is no hard rule about numbered mags on these guns.

That is true... from what I can find, they stopped numbering the mags about the "U" block.
