This is getting into an area that was discussed a while back reference vendor ratings, similar to the ebay scoring system. Excellent theory, however consensus was the Luger Forum Gods had no desire to become participants in a potentially liable rating program. And there are always two positions on every disagreement and multitudes varying opinions
