2 numbers on my 1920 Commercial Breechblock?

I just purchased serial number 3841. Just “DWM” on the top of the receiver like the one picture above. It has an upright “N” under a crown on the left side. Under the serial number on the receiver and the barrel it appears to have a small cursive letter “h”.?? The gun is not marked “GERMANY” anywhere that I can see.
