How many byf 41s were made in 1942?

From long-ago research and questions posed on the old luger forum, I had always understood that my 41 byf -- SN 960a, with dual 135 proofs -- was made in November/December 1941.

In two recent posts below, however, there are comments that an earlier gun than mine -- SN 9619 no suffix -- was made in January 1942 with a leftover 41 receiver.

So when was mine made? (Had to have been before 1955, 'cause that's when my brother-in-law bought it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> )
