Hi Bill,
The belt you link to would serve to carry a Navy holster, and keep your pants up too, but it's the far more common Army model. The Navy Crown was different from the Prussian Army crown, a difference that the Navy was careful to maintain on all their equipment, medals, badges and so on.
I'm having difficulty uploading photos tonight, internet problems I guess, but I'll give it one more try.
