Well,

This bastard only got 364 days in jail!

The last time I checked, the theft of $43,000 worth of property was GRAND LARCENY, a Class A Felony!!!

There must have been a "progressive" judge assigned to this one.

Maybe he was a bed wetter or something!

This is a very shameful reflection on American Jurisprudence!
