If you enjoy the 1906 model then buy it. Just make sure everything matches and is legitimate. In the end, these antique firearms are worth as much as you are willing to pay for them. Me personally, Id buy the 1900 if given the opportunity and having the means to do so because I like the look of the dished toggles and their price is always going to command a premium price...and they arent getting any cheaper.
