Morphy Auction Co. Aquires James Julia Action Co.

I still have a Form 4 item pending ATF approval, currently registered on James Julia's company name. Hopefully, that will NOT be affected (?). In theory, the item is already mine. It was paid in full, and new Form 4 with their signature and my signature was filed. But the transferor was Julia on the form... if this name stops existing, will the form pending approval be affected??

I will call them tomorrow to see what's the impact.
