They already retired in China a few years ago -- it was employer's policy -- "old people" retire at age of 45, leave position to younger generation. Due to population base being big, 45 is counted as old. For them, the loss was "position compensation", but the employer pays "dividend compensation". Not a bad deal, but depends on that company's profit level. They have free time to travel around.
I need to work another six years. |
