The sear has to be properly fitted during installation. The reason parts on Lugers were numbered at the factory is that they were fitted to an individual pistol. The fonts used at the Luger factories are reasonably identifiable. Most force matched guns have the original factory number struck out and the new number added, so you can generally tell when this was done. __________________ Igitur si vis pacem, para bellum - - Therefore if you want peace, prepare for war.
