S/42 1937 new to me

Gotta love it when a deal walks in the door. Older aquaintance came in with this S/42 that he bought at the police auction about 25 years ago. We were able to negotiate an acceptable price, somewhat below market, I felt. All matching except the mag. Grips are un-numbered, but look correct. Bore is nice. I think this makes 5 lugers now. As with any addiction, we don't seek a cure, we only seek control...

Looks like a great find. It is an early 1937; rust blued with straw colors, and also no hump. Condition seems good.

Very nice firearm! Yeesss ... when that special deal comes along and you see it for what it is- it's hard not to bite! Creative photo... I like it!
