Posts: 2,308 Thanks: 2,737 Thanked 993 Times in 729 Posts	I had it happen once after I installed a new pair of aftermarket grips on the Luger. One shot and it would not fire the next shot. I located the problem, and "tuned" the left grip, and have had no problems since.
