Hi and welcome to the forum.
Looks like 1936 S/42 Mauser luger sn 3368g with two matching magazines, original 1936 GeCo holster and the tool in 95% or better original finish. Assuming it's all matching and in good mechanical condition, it's a particularly nice Luger rig. I'm not sure what a complete high condition rig with two matching magazines is going for, but I'd bet it's $3,000 or better these days. One caution, after Bill pointed it out below, I took a closer look at the magazine bases. They don't have the typical factory grind pattern. They may have been renumbered to match at some point. These things are very hard to verify...
