Smile Simson & Co. P 08 # 4141 with matching magazine

New to me Simson "Army" P 08 # 4141 with matching magazine.

The good:
-not often found with a matching magazine
- small parts matching (except an Erfurt breech block). Even the extractor and striker are marked "41", Erfurt breech block is #26, darn.
-Didn't cost an arm and a leg, just an arm.

The not so good:
mismatched as noted, refinished, import marked.

I know you have it in hand - not sure I would immediately say its been refinished?

but then I looked at the swirl markings on the ears and the acceptance and proof - pretty light...

looks like a decent piece, right below, smack dab in the middle first 10,000

Ed,
you are correct- "part" of the pistol may be original, and some refinished.
I know it did not start life with the Erfurt breech block, as the block has fine pitting under the blue- there is no pitting anywhere else on the pistol.

I is a mystery how so many parts stayed together, the grip screws and ejector are also e/6; but no e/6 on the correct numbered extractor or striker.

Maybe you can have a look in Feb., if we both make the show in Louisville.
