Patrick, there is always a chance. That said, based on their appearance, I don't think that they were re-numbered.
All the aluminum bases had to be surfaced and numbered once. This was most likely done at the factory using a fixture that ends up creating a fairly uniform look. In my opinion, these look that way. Marc
