In the German ordinance codes of Holster manufactures (1940-1945) "lyo" was a code for"
Kromolowski & Sohne
Lederwrenfabrik
Random
Limanowskistrasse 69

However, there was no Waffenamt Inspectors Number (WaA _ _ _ ) associated with it and one is clearly stamped on this holster.
(WaA 76 is associated with CZ - Czechoslovakia)

I could not find any codes of Polish holsters, probably because it was an occupied country.
