It really depends on quickly and vigorously the law is challenged.

And, in my uneducated opinion, I think best that can come out of this is allowing the grandfathering of existing magazines.

I think the rest of the rest of law will probably go into effect in some fashion.

Imo, this is the sort of pattern we're going to see in the future.
More state-level legislation than federal legislation concerning gun restrictions.
