It may have had a hot load blow a cylinder wall out. The bluing was sanded/buffed down on the top strap, and the bottom of the frame where the cylinder lock sticks up is indented slightly.

It's a project gun, but not safe to shoot, as is. If it needs straightening, I don't have the jigs. I'm not out a lot if it has to be scrapped or broken up and sold for parts, but it's on my permit and has to be accounted for so I can have it removed.

Too much time and parts money wasted on it already.

You don't mention the model; but it sounds like it may not be "worth" fixing.
