The question doesn't make any sense. The only way to tell for sure if it is a vet bring back is if there is a known history of who brought it back or if there is an associated so-called "capture paper" document authorizing a soldier to possess the gun...there would not be any markings applied to the gun itself. I am not sure what is meant by the term "import collector"?
