Thanks, it's not really a 1911, but it's absolutely a nice gun.

That article about the history of the FBI handguns is very interesting too, a couple of years ago I read about their decision to go back to the 9mm... and pretty soon though they'll be back to using .38 Special snubbies... (joking)

Sergio, Some posts are timeless. Often I will resurrect a few because they are just that good! We have new members each day who have never seen or experienced these luger gems! I'm not repeating because I'm running out be any means! For example, Fred Datig's articles is my all time favorite and deserves a reread a few times.
