Don, go to the side bar and click on "Upload Photos". Once in the window, click on "Browse" and find your picture in your files. Highlight the file name and click "Open" which will transfer the file to the upload window. Load the picture and then copy the location.

In your message, place two lines between your text and the place you wish to put the URL to the picture on. Enter the URL and the picture should appear there when you post the message.

I hope this helps some. It's not the easiest way I've seen to get pictures to a forum but it does work.
