Default Walther PPK WW2 holster marking

Hello Gents
Long time no post.
I know this is not a question about Luger items, but this item has me wondering what is going on.
Today on E bay my local gun auction house sold a typical German WW2 PPk holster for over $1600.00 dollars!!!!
I assume due to a unusual marking on it.
Does anyone know what unit or organization this marking represents?
Here is a pic and a link to the completed auction.

Any ideas?

Thanks Bob
