I believe the apparent "i" suffix in the blurry photo is an aberration, that the dot of the "i" is a speck of something, and the suffix is really a "b" which, with serial 5199 would be in the correct range for 1910. My evidence is photo #16 which clearly shows an added hold open and proof mark. Since the hold open became incorporated in 1913, and the "i" block did not make its debut until 1915, it is technically impossible to have an "i" block frame with an added hold open (not to mention the lack of a stock lug).
