Herb,
I have been extensively studying the photos on the PIA site. I agree with the two observations you have made, although the width of the "T" is not nearly as much of a discrepancy as the chamfer on the bottom of the receiver rails...that really stands out as wrong. I have noted a few other things that are "off", one of which is even more damning than the receiver chamfers. I have been working on a letter to Tom about the gun that is taking me some time to prepare. If and when I hear back from him I will follow up here on the forum. That may be a couple of weeks away.
