foolish to throw them in as a bundle / lot.

I have noticed many older collectors seem to think that selling the ENTIRE collection as a lot is the way to go.

If I could get it at 55% of the value, sure its wonderful, otherwise, now I am forced to sell items that don't fit my collection.

Just because he values them all together doesn't mean others will?

And anyone with the money to buy an entire collection usually wants 5 or 8 pieces out of 27 but strikes a hard bargain IMHO.

And since he already went to all this work, it would have been easy to copy and paste, delete the other guns from each posting and made three gunbroker ads
