Without the tools/press to remove the primers, I think the easiest way would be to get the bullet-removing hammer (about $15 at Midway, Brownell's, eBay, etc.) to extract the projectiles and powder from them, then fire off the rounds with just primers--one at a time, feeding by hand-- then re-seat the bullets by hand. About the best that can be accomplished without proper tooling/press, I think.
