Arrow Unusual number on middle toggle on 1937 S/42

I bought this poor abused shooter last week.
Reblued, somewhat matching, missing the hold open, and with an
unusual to me numbering on the rear of the middle toggle.

It is also unusual in that is has the correct serial number on the tab of the mis-matched side plate- not visible when assembled. Serial number is 414 p .

It is import marked and was sub-$600, with a decent bore.

Comments, ideas, observations welcome!

I find this one very attractive as a shooter. Used, but certainly not abused. This may have been among the very first of the Russian captures, where little, if anything was done to them if they were serviceable. The force match number on the side plate would indicate some organized, versus home based rebuilding job.

It would certainly be a keeper for me!
