I paid $15K for a 99.9 % gun about 7 years ago. Gun had fleece lined leather case and 2 oiler-type rods.It appeared to have never been fired. Only flaw was a tiny chip out of the edge of the butt plate. I sold/traded it to Evan Duke for a comb ination of cash and stock in a start up business venture. I believe that one day that carbine will be on record as one of the most expensive guns ever sold as I liked what the start up was doing, invested another chunk of change in it and firmly believe that it is poised for explosive growth. If it doesn't happen, well, it's only money.
